What CEO Coaching Is For
CEO coaching is a private, one-to-one relationship for the person at the top: the CEO, the founder, the chair, the heir who has inherited more than a business. I am Shorouk Al Abdallah, and for more than twenty years I have worked with people carrying that kind of weight.
At the top, advice is everywhere and honesty is scarce. Everyone around you has a stake in your decisions: your board, your team, your family, your investors. A CEO coach has none. My only stake is in you seeing clearly, and choosing well.

It starts with a free, private conversation. I'm based in Dubai and work with CEOs and C-suite leaders worldwide, over Zoom, in English or Arabic.
A Free First Call

One-to-one coaching for a minimum of three months, or twelve sessions, built around what you are facing.

What you share is held in confidence. For leaders with visible roles, that is the condition for honest work.

What does a CEO coach do?
A CEO coach gives you a private, honest space to think through the decisions and pressures that come with the top role. I listen closely, challenge your assumptions, and help you see the patterns behind how you lead, so that you act from clarity rather than habit or pressure.
How is CEO coaching different from executive coaching?
Executive coaching is broader and serves leaders at many levels. CEO coaching focuses on the particular weight of the top seat: final accountability, very few peers, and decisions whose effects reach far beyond you. The approach is the same; what we work on is not.
Is CEO coaching confidential?
Yes. What you share in our sessions is held in confidence, which is what makes it possible to speak freely.
Can we work together online, wherever I am?
Yes. I work with clients worldwide over Zoom, in English or Arabic, so where you are based does not matter.
