Two Decades With People
My name is Shorouk Al Abdallah (you may also see it written Shorouq), and it means sunrise. For more than twenty years, and over 10,000 client hours, I have worked with people at the moment their familiar life stops working: a crisis, a threshold, or a success that no longer feels like their own.
My clients have ranged from CEOs to homemakers. Today I work online with clients worldwide, in English and Arabic, and I especially welcome executives, members of the C-suite and women in leadership.
The thread through all of it: crisis is not the interruption of your life. It is the raw material of your next version.
Why I Don't Lead With a Label
Coaching has become a word anyone can use, and titles tell you less than they seem to. I would rather you judged the work by what it does: what it notices, what it names, and what is different afterwards.
My training is in applied psychology, and my practice makes room for what cannot be measured. Science and spirituality are not opposites here. The work is to find what is in your way, and to clear it at the root.

In practice that means experiential work as well as conversation. A pattern often shows up in what you do before it shows up in what you say, so much of my work is built to let you meet it directly rather than describe it from a distance.
Who Shorouk Works With
I especially welcome executives, members of the C-suite, founders and women in leadership: people whose roles carry weight that few others see, and who rarely have anywhere to put it down. For them, executive coaching is usually the place to begin.
But the work has never been about titles. It is for anyone standing at a threshold: a career that no longer fits, a relationship that has changed shape, a loss, or a success that has started to cost too much. What matters is the moment you are in, and your readiness to meet it.

I am a coach with more than twenty years of practice and over 10,000 client hours. I hold an MSc Applied Psychology from Middlesex University, and I work online with clients worldwide, in English and Arabic.
What are your qualifications?
An MSc Applied Psychology from Middlesex University, the ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, training with the Co-Active Training Institute and in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), and certification as a PBT Coach in Post Betrayal Transformation.
Do you work online?
Yes. I work with clients over Zoom, so you can work with me from anywhere. The format of each programme is agreed together after the first call.
