The Alchemy Container is a private relationship built entirely around you. The work begins with where you are, and goes as deep as the person in front of me requires.
The more accomplished your life becomes, the harder it becomes to separate who you are from what you do. You become fused with the role so completely that the person underneath goes unseen, even by you.
You may be surrounded by people who respect your position, depend upon you, protect you, advise you, admire you, or need something from you.
But beneath every role — leader, founder, parent, partner, public figure, heir, decision-maker — is a human being.

There is no hierarchy of human worth in this room. You are a soul before you are a role, and it is from that place that I meet you.
That allows for something increasingly rare: a relationship in which you do not have to perform. You can bring the parts of yourself that are difficult, contradictory, unfinished, or carry shame.
And you can expect me to hold all your parts, and to tell you the truth.
I do not stand outside your life giving you advice from a distance. I enter your world deeply enough to see what may be invisible to you from within it.
The most consequential challenges seldom stand alone. A decision at work can expose something unresolved in a relationship. A pattern in a relationship can originate in much earlier conditioning. Success can conceal exhaustion. Responsibility can become self-abandonment. Achievement can coexist with a life that no longer feels like your own.
The Alchemy Container therefore does not separate the professional from the personal, the external life from the internal one.
We work with the whole person: your relationships, your patterns, your choices, your ambitions, your fears, and ultimately, the life you are creating through all of them.
Two decades of this work, encompassing over ten thousand hours in the room with people, alongside years of studying psychology, trauma, relationships and human behaviour, have taught me compassion, reverence for human depth, and how to recognise what remains unspoken within what is being said.
I bring all of this into the relationship with you. Because the deepest work is not about adding something to who you are, but seeing what has obscured it, and clearing it.
